PERSONAL TRAINING BIO

Michael is a leader in group fitness and personal training he comes

with a strong educational and professional background in personal

and team programming. With many year of experience he has obtained many certifications in personal training and related fitness industries from the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiology, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and Can-Fit Pro.

He is also part of the NCCP and CASI organization for snowboard instruction and Alpine Racing. Michael is a graduate from Humber college with a Health and Fitness Promotion Diploma making him a stronger coach and exercise specialist. 

His abilities have managed to land him opportunities to work with world-class coaches and athletes from places like the Sports Performance Centres in Thornhill and Willowdale Physiotherapy Clinic in Toronto. Michael is currently attending York University for a Specialized Honours B.A. in Kinesiology and Health Sciences. Michael is also a Pro Trainer with Can Fit Pro and holds courses through out Vaughan to certify up and coming Personal Trainers.

DANCE BIO  

Michael Meadows was born, raised and trained in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Michael has a strong foundation in Hip Hop dance and enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities. He has trained with Chris Clarke of Nexx Level Dance and Theatre, Shawn Byfield and Jeff Wong of Thrive Entertainment, Anthony Patrick Smith and has trained with Touch International to better enhance his passion of performance. His drive to perform and be in the public eye has landed him such Credits as Toronto's Choreographers Ball,  The Bazaar, Pegasus charity benefit, The Cavalcade Festival of Lights at Nathan Phillips Square in Toronto, History of Rock and Roll “a tribute to Grease” and was in the holiday Footlocker commercial in 2005. Michael has been in numerous competitions such as The Kiwanis Dance Festival, All American Dance Festival in Orlando, Florida representing the only Canadian team, Toronto Sun Rising Star Competition at the Canadian National Exhibition and The North American Dance Competition were his teams placed 1^st. Michael has worked for various studios around Toronto such as Martha Hicks, Turning Point, City Dance Corps, Vibe Dance and Fitness teaching drop in Hip Hop classes, Dance Surge in Thornhill and Ballare studios in Nobleton Ontario. Michael was also responsible for teaching at Claude Watson School of the Arts in their after school hip hop program and to help others understand that, it’s not a matter of how you dance it’s a matter of what you as a performer can bring to the stage.

Debbie Stabb

Administration and Customer Relations

Debbie has over 30 years experience in office administration and customer service relations.   She has excellent interpersonal skills and has no problem understanding the clientele that she comes in contact with.  Over her career Debbie has had extensive use in developing and organizing functional database programs to assist in workplace environments.  Over the last 8 years Debbie has had the opportunity to work with one of Billboards top charting groups “The Drifters featuring Rick Sheppard “. Her event planning, management, and organizational skills are a great asset to our company. For over 35yrs Debbie was an avid water skier. She was able to take her love and passion for the sport by inspiring a new generation of water skiers, helping them understand the foundations and techniques in doubles and Slalom water skiing. Debbie comes to join the Street Souls team with passion and dedication and will be taking care of client relations.
